Pads

Pads are available in B, C, and doublewall combination flutes of corrugated paper, and all grades and types of chipboard. Corrugated pads are typically used as layer separators to allow for multiple levels of product inside one box. Although chipboard pads may also be used in this fashion, they are frequently used to add stability to envelopes, picture frames, notebooks, etc.

Used to allow more than one layer of product in a box.

Scored Pads have one or more folds.

Z-PadsFiller PadsEnvelope Stiffeners

Z-pads have two scores and typically divide a box into two halves.

Filler pads are used to fill gaps between the product and the top of the box.

Envelope stiffeners provide support to envelopes, pictures, or any other flimsy object.
